How do I know which scooter size is right for me?
Sizing depends on the rider's height and skill level. Generally, the handlebars should sit between your hip and belly button. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
Do Lucky Scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all decks and forks, and a 90-day warranty on other components from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for pro scooters?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a scooter if I've already ridden it?
We only accept returns for items in new, unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a scooter has been assembled or ridden, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are your parts compatible with other scooter brands?
Most of our parts use industry-standard compressions (HIC, SCS, or IHC). However, we recommend checking the specific compatibility specs listed under the product description before purchasing.
Do the scooters come fully assembled?
For shipping safety, our pro scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will typically only need to slide the handlebars onto the fork and tighten the clamp bolts using the provided tools.
